35g fresh turmeric root
20g fresh ginger root
1tbsp raw honey
250ml almond milk
1/2tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Grate your fresh turmeric and ginger roots and mix them together in a bowl with your honey.
Heat your almond milk in a saucepan over a low heat until it begins to steam.
Take two tablespoons of your hot almond milk and add it to your turmeric, ginger and honey mixture, mixing well.
Add the mixture to the rest of your hot almond milk and mix until well combined.
Pour into your favourite mug and sit back, relax and enjoy!
