Is the membership fee a recurring charge?

Yes. Members pay £14 every year for access to the membership program. The membership will auto-renew until you decide to cancel. You can cancel your membership's auto-renewal at any time through your account portal or by contacting our customer support team via Help Centre. There are no termination fees or hidden costs associated with cancellation, though all purchases of the membership are final. If canceled, your membership will still remain active through the current billing period.

Do I need to have an account?

Is there anywhere my membership benefits are not valid?

The member discounts and free shipping benefits can only be accessed on our website. The discounts and free shipping benefits can not be accessed on Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, or Amazon.

Membership is a paid experience that provides deeper experiences with our brand than our current rewards program. Rewards are free to join but don’t unlock as unique of an experience as the membership program.
