A peer-reviewed pilot study in Physical Activity and Nutrition (van der Wolf-Ong et al., 2026) followed six sub-elite female footballers over six months, comparing three months without turmeric and ginger with three months drinking one Raw Turmeric & Ginger Shot a day. What it found:

"So, I thought I’d wait before writing a review, and in 6 weeks time I’ll write another . 5 weeks ago I started taking 1 shot a day, same time, first light to start the day . Why do you sell your shots in only 2 weekly periods. What do you not sell in monthly batches.: Hi Geraldine, Thank you for your question.
