T&C's: Promoter
The promoter is The Turmeric Co. (the “Promoter”), United Kingdom.
1. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Entry Period
The prize draw opens on 24th March at 08.00AM and closes on 25th March at 20.00PM (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be counted.
3. How to Enter
Entry is available by completing the sign-up form at the event via the Promoter’s iPad. No purchase is necessary. Entry without sign up to the mailing list is also available by emailing corrine@theturmeric.co with the subject line “Digital Health Rewired Prize Draw Entry” and including your full name before the Closing Date. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. The Prize
One winner will receive a 90-day supply of The Turmeric Co. products. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the Closing Date. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided within 7 days of selection. If the winner does not respond within [7] days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Publicity
The Promoter may request that the winner participates in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion.
7. Data Protection

8. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
9. Governing Law
This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
