Each ingredient in our recovery shots is chosen specifically for its nutritional benefits. Turmeric is one of nature’s most potent roots – that’s why it’s in everything we make. And, when combined with other nutritionally dense ingredients like beetroot and ginger, the value to your wellbeing rockets. Our high-pressure cold process ensures all ingredients retain as much of their nutritional value as possible, and we’ll never use any powders, extracts or fillers – just high quality, whole, organic roots designed to help you recover quickly and effectively.
We balance the flavour of these powerful ingredients with other bright, fresh additions like fresh lemon and crushed watermelon. These recipes are ten years in the making and, are certainly the most delicious out there!

While all of our shots are designed to support wellbeing and peak performance as efficiently as possible, these two blends are the perfect combination, creating a uniquely formulated recovery shot known to help improve recovery times and intensity of workouts.
Our founder, professional footballer Thomas Robson-Kanu, started the business after this recipe, developed over ten years ago, helped him recover from a potentially career-ending injury as a youngster. He defied medical expectation and is now playing some of the best football in his career – in his thirties. Many of our customers experience the value of our recovery shot boxes almost immediately.

Delivery
Our objective at The Turmeric Co. is to ensure you receive your order, delivered as securely and efficiently as is possible. Our third party overnight courier company will deliver your order to you, we aim for this to be the day after your products were made fresh in our bespoke production facility. For orders placed before 1pm we aim to deliver the next working day. We do our best to ensure your product arrives on time, freshly made, chilled to perfection and packed in a way that is enjoyable to open. Delivery methods:

Returns
Upon receipt of your order you must chill and refrigerate your products immediately. Our products are freshly made and we recommend consuming them as soon as possible after delivery to fully enjoy the freshness of the product. The shelf of our drinks is a minimum of 42 days post production and the use by date will be displayed on each bottle. We go to lengths to ensure our drinks are delivered to you chilled with an ambient buffer period and fresh at significant cost to us to ensure your customer satisfaction. Tips to follow to get the most out of your Turmeric Co. Shots
Our shots are a powerful natural addition to your daily routine. To feel the longer-term benefits of our range, we recommend drinking one shot each day, an integral addition to a healthy ritual. Many of our customers enjoy taking their shot first thing in the morning or immediately after any activity.
Storage
Our shots are made FRESH, and we distribute them in chilled packaging. When they arrive, unpack your box and refrigerate the bottles right away to keep them fresh.

How do I use the recycling scheme?
We’re delighted to announce that we have partnered with Evri to bring you our new and improved recycling system.
You can now return all your bottles, insulation liners and icepacks within The Turmeric Co. box that they arrived in. All you must do is make sure that the box with all your bits to recycle is sealed. If you no longer have your cardboard box, please feel free to use a sealable bag instead. This service is all for free!
Can you consume this long term?
Yes, implementing our shots daily into your lifestyle is a fantastic way to up the level of nutrition within your diet. Our founder is an international footballer and has been consuming this range of shots for the last 10 years. Our customers who have been drinking the shots since we first launched three years ago claim they “would not go a day without them!”.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We are sorry to see you go and if there is anything we could have done better please let us know.

What items can I return for recycling?
You can return everything back to us for recycling including eco-friendly insulation liners, ice packs and bottles, including the caps.
Do you offer NHS service discount?
Yes. We are extremely thankful for all the work our Services and NHS do and you can find our unique discount code on the Blue Light card website.

I am not sure I have felt a difference, how long does it take to experience benefits?
With most things natural, their positive impact increases over time. Results vary from person to person. The addition of implementing our shots regularly into your lifestyle will be one factor in supporting the improvement of any condition you may currently be experiencing.
Based on consumers´ experience, we believe you would feel an overall health and mood boost and boost to your general health after 3 months of drinking 2 shots a day.
How many shots do you recommend a day and how should I consume the drink?
We recommend taking one shot in the morning, on an empty stomach or drink it as part of your breakfast meal, but you can also drink them before/after exercising, during or after a meal, or at the end of the day. Elite athletes drink up to four shots per day.
You can drink the shots alone, add them to a smoothie, or pour them in hot water accompanied by lemon and honey to create a tea.
I am receiving more shots than I am using, what can I do?
If you are finding yourself with a surplus of shots, you can change the frequency of deliveries to suit your needs. You can also delay your next order charge to enable you to catch up. Just log into your, The Turmeric Co. Online account

If you are struggling to find space in the fridge or want to extend the shelf life of your shots, you can freeze the shots, for consumption within 12 months. They defrost well, if you pop them into the fridge a day before you wish to consume them.
How do you get the Turmeric into the shots?
We use a completely natural process called cold pressing, which is a unique method of extraction, without the use of heat. This ensures that the ingredients retain 100% of their nutritional value.
Which couriers do you use?
We offer a choice of two delivery companies:
Free shipping with Evri over the price of £35.00, and we offer delivery with Royal Mail for an additional charge of £3.50 per delivery.
Rooted in Sustainability
Our NEW plastic bottles are made of entirely eco-friendly material, produced from 75% recycled plastic (rpet) and 25% biodegradable plastic, developed from sugar cane instead of environmentally damaging fossil fuels, and are therefore fully recyclable. It's the only environmentally friendly solution for our 100% fresh cold-pressed products that are naturally preserved under hpp to retain freshness.
Recycling
We'd love your help by participating in our recycling initiative. Return the insulation and ice packs in your box, and even your bottles. Print out your prepaid envelope (the link for this can be found in your order confirmation email, or request the link directly from us here with your order number in the subject). And take your recycling bag to your local Royal Mail office with your label attached.
