Running a vegan fitness and lifestyle blog enables Sophia to encourage and support people to eat healthier and exercise regularly. Through sharing her journey of beating Anorexia and Bulimia, Sophia is passionate about offering people support who suffer from mental illness.

Sophia has played football at a high level with Southend Manor FC/ Southendian Ladies and is now a competitive weightlifter, specialising in Powerlifting. Her passion for fitness is shown through her qualifications as a personal trainer, gym and Yoga Instructor, where she can pass on experience, knowledge and help people to grow physically and mentally.

Sophia participates in many events for charity and has now set herself the challenge of leading a team up Mount Kilimanjaro next year. Investing in a vegan lifestyle was the best decision Sophia ever made, as her mind and body are healthy whilst showing compassion towards animals and protecting the environment in the process.
